I have a fun event today. I am off to stamp with friends at Mimi’s Studio. One of the best parts of being a demonstrator for Stampin’ Up! is to gather with other stamping friends. One of the things we do when we gather (besides lots of laughs and eating) is SWAP (share cards that we made with each other). My SWAP for today is the same SWAP I took to a different gathering last month, but I have not shared it with you yet…
I did two versions in different colors. Both color groups where inspired by the Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack. The first one is Lost Lagoon and my new favorite In-Color Hello Honey! (I love the name too.)
This second version is a focus of Hello Honey and Blackberry Bliss. Love! I colored the Basics Rhinestone “buttons” with the amazing new Stampin’ Blendabilities Markers! They are alcohol ink markers and color almost anything and come in colors to match all our other supplies. More love!
I also have a third SWAP. Not everyone will receive the same colored version of the first two SWAPs so why not add a third? Can you tell I get board making too many of the same thing? I know my background is in printmaking, but I like making only so many multiples of the same exact thing. (Smile.)
I used the Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack again but with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and Basics Pearls. I did color those pearls with the Stampin’ Blendabilities Markers. I told you they color anything. The image from the Hostess Stamp Set Bloom with Hope was quick and easy to color with the Blendabilities and the embossed image. I can’t wait to see what SWAPs I receive today and share with you later this week. We have some amazing talent in our group of fellow friends and demonstrators. Have a great Saturday, Diana
