So I made LOTS of Pinwheels or Lolies for the Carnival Baby Shower…I altered this simple metal sign I found on the clearance rack for $4.00. I was originally hot pink. But a little spray paint can make anything into just what you need.
I kept to may same colors ~ Real Red, Pacific Point, some Tempting Turquoise, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party. I changed out the ribbon too. I used the AWSOME new chevron ribbon in Daffodil Delight too hang the sign instead of the black and white polka dot ribbon that came with the sign.
I used wrapping paper for the Red & White Carnival feel of the big tent for the background (on on the bands of the diaper cake). The word welcome is die cut using my Big Shot and the Typeset Alphabet Bigz Die.
The three fun pinwheels just make this fast and easy decor project. It was perfect at the baby shower and will hang on the nursery door when the baby arrives…coming soon!
