Are you a lean mean green machine? Getting ready for St. Patrick's day? This quick card today is all green but nothing mean…
I used my holiday buddy Lucky Day single stamp. This card goes together fast and easy thanks to the right tools and supplies. The Designer Series Paper International Bazaar has a Lucky Limeade paper that I have used for quite a few of my St. Patrick's Day Projects, it's just too perfect to not take advantage of it.
I cut out the Designer Series Paper with the Labels Collection Framelits and a second one in Lucky Limeade Card Stock. I cut that one in half and attached it to the Designer Series Paper layer letting it peak out slightly to create a small frame of solid color.
The Whisper White Eyelit Heart is from the die-cut hearts in the More Amore Designer Series Paper package. The fronts are shades of red and pink, but the backs are white. Perfect for your St. Patrick's or Irish Loved One. I sponged each layer and popped them up. The smaller heart behind the central focal point is created using the Hearts Collection Framelits.
The base of the card is Lucky Limeade Card Stock. For the background of the card I random stamped Lucky Limeade Classic Ink on Whisper White Card Stock with the shamrock stamp. I heat embossed in Gumball Green Embossing Powder for the center focal point of this card on Whisper White and cut it out with my Paper Snip Scissors to carefully cut out the shamrock popping it up with a Stampin' Dimensional. I also added a Basics Rhinestones in the center that I colored with my green Sharpie Marker.
I love how this card could be a romantic special St. Patrick's Day card or maybe even a wedding card for the right couple. Have a lovely day! Thank you for stopping by. Happy Crafting. Diana
