Can't wait to share my scrapbooking page with you from yesterday…but it is "Top-Secret" Stampin' Up! stuff right now….but let me share with you my Fancy Pumpkin Pie Recipe. James would eat (pumpkin) pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I let him.
Fancy Pumpkin Pie
1 15oz can pumpkin
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground coves
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked frozen deep-dish pie shell
(I use to go totally "martha" and make my own pie crust from scratch, but you know, nobody said anything when I didn't, so I don't spend time on that anymore…but knock yourself out if you want to go for it!)
p.s. if you are wondering what the "Top-Secret" SU stuff is all about. I was asked my Stampin' Up! to create samples for Leadership (an annual training seminar put on by SU) which will be in January 2009 in Orlando Florida. I can't attend this year with my new "day-job" but some of my stamped samples will travel to Florida. I am sworn to secrecy until the new catalog comes out. But once January 19, 2009 arrives I can share with you! Can't wait!
